Kale chips are seriously so delicious and so easy to snack on when you’re craving something crunchy!
1 bundle kale
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Cut the kale into small bite sizes pieces (not too small, they will shrink quite a bit) and set on a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt and hemp hearts
- Toss so that everything is evenly covered
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until they are crunchy enough for your liking!
**You can also add additional seasoning such as cayenne pepper for a little spice. Anything goes with these guys!
