Kale Chips

Kale chips are seriously so delicious and so easy to snack on when you’re craving something crunchy!

1 bundle kale

2-3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F
  2. Cut the kale into small bite sizes pieces (not too small, they will shrink quite a bit) and set on a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and hemp hearts
  4. Toss so that everything is evenly covered
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until they are crunchy enough for your liking!

**You can also add additional seasoning such as cayenne pepper for a little spice. Anything goes with these guys!
